Cancellations
Once a payment is made, cancellations are generally not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform. Any such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We may request additional details to assess your request.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- If the service delivered does not match the description provided on the platform.
- If there is a technical failure or double payment, verified by our team.
Any request for a refund must be submitted within 3 days from the date of the transaction (or such duration as mentioned on the platform, which shall not be less than 3 days).
